We are a group of dads dedicated to strengthening our relationships with our kids and we would love for you to join us. Our team captain is Jeremiah Sarvis. Hey dads! We're so excited to get things going with you and your students this spring. This semester we will have four meetings, with two in the evening and two in the morning to allow dads with different schedules to be able to participate. We will also help with the annual Sneaker Ball/Sweetheart Dance on February 9 (see the RSVP page for more details on this event). Here are our upcoming dates for the spring semester:
Friday, February 9th - Sneaker Ball (hosted at Rush Creek Church)
Thursday, February 15th (7am/Library)
Monday, March 4 (6pm/Cafeteria)
Thursday, April 11 (7am/Library)
Thursday, May 18 (6pm/Cafeteria)
Each gathering will focus on a character trait for you and your student to unpack together through activities, discussion time, and also some fun and prizes. We want to help dads develop the habit of intentional conversations with their kids, meet other dads at Willie Brown, and also serve the school in various capacities. We will also provide a light dinner or breakfast - depending on meeting time. Looking forward to connecting with each of you!
